MARYSVILLE, CA (MPG) - Property owners in Yuba County can now look up and print their annual Value Notice for 2020/21 from the Yuba County Assessor’s website.

“Access to Value Notices has always been important to many of our residents, and there seems to be even more interest in this season of COVID-19,” said Yuba County Assessor Stephen Duckels. “That is why our team made it a priority to quickly get the notices for 2020/21 online and available for viewing.”

To view your 2020/21 Value Notice and assessed value, go to  www.yuba.org and click the “Online Services” button at the top of the page and follow the prompts. Searches can be done using your property’s Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN), if that information is available, or you can search by street number, street name or community.
