YUBA-SUTTER, CA (MPG) – On March 10th, 2022, a Wheatland Police Department Officer contacted White male adult (WMA) Jeffrey Wroblewski (sitting inside his vehicle parked in the Dollar General parking lot located, 1920 Highway 65, Wheatland.

The officer noticed drug paraphernalia sitting in plain view, inside Jeffrey Wroblewski’s vehicle. Officers conducted a thorough search of Jeffrey Wroblewski’s vehicle and located the following items; 472.4 grams of methamphetamine, 31.5 grams of cocaine, 2.5 grams of heroin, drug packaging material, two digital scales, and a loaded-concealed firearm which had the serial number removed. Wheatland Police Department turned the investigation over to the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic and Gang Enforcement Task Force (NET-5). NET-5 Agents learned Jeffrey Wroblewski’s was currently out of jail on bail for an unrelated narcotics investigation out of Placer County. It was also learned Jeffrey Wroblewski was prohibited from possessing firearms.

NET-5 Agents ultimately arrested and booked Jeffrey Wroblewski into the Yuba County Jail for violations of: 113 78( a) H&S-possession of a controlled substance for sale, 113 79( a) H&S-transportation of a controlled substance for sale, 113 70.1 H&S- armed with a firearm while possessing a controlled substance for sale, 29800(a)(l) PC-prohibited possession of a firearm, 30305(a)(l) PC-Unlawful possession of ammunition, 12022.1 PC-committing a felony while on bail or OR, 23900(1) PC-possession of firearm with serial number removed, 11364(a) PC-possession of drug paraphernalia, 25850 PC-loaded firearm in public, 25400 PC­concealed firearm in public, and 113 50( a) H&S-possession of a controlled substance.

The investigation has been sent to the Yuba County District Attorney’s Office.
